Position Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working independently? As a Medical Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines, delivering essential medical equipment, educating patients, and ensuring they feel confident and supported in their care.

What You’ll Do:

Provide top-notch service while following all company policies and healthcare regulations Manage your service territory efficiently, delivering and setting up equipment as needed Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and care Accurately process and complete orders in a timely manner Maintain and service home oxygen systems and other medical devices Handle emergency equipment needs and patient concerns with professionalism Promote our services to referral sources as appropriate Support quality improvement efforts and maintain accurate documentation
What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with medical certification Clean driving record Excellent communication skills Experience with home medical equipment is a plus, but not required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
