As Medical Engagement Manager within our Medical Team you’ll be at the forefront of our medical strategy, driving impactful educational initiatives and fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will implement the country medical affairs plan and other key medical affairs initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, in alignment with regional medical strategy, and according to the highest ethical and compliance standards. Join us to make a significant impact in the medical field, leveraging your skills to drive our mission forward and improve patient outcomes. **Main responsibilities:** **Core Medical Activities** + **Scientific Engagement:** Non-promotional interaction with KOL advancing scientific understanding of Sanofi RCT and RWE data + **Collaboration** : Work with Key Opinion Leaders and Digital Opinion Leaders. + **Relationships** : Maintain strong ties with scientific societies and health authorities + **Presentations** : Regularly present at scientific conferences and high-level meetings. + **Education** : Conduct internal and external medical education. + **Data Analysis** : Oversee and interpret new scientific data and trends. + **Relationships** : Maintain strong ties with scientific societies and health authorities. + **Research** : Drive and support medical and research projects. + **Clinical Trials** : Support company-sponsored clinical trials. + **Expertise** : Ensure high scientific expertise within the therapeutic area. + **Meetings** : Organize Advisory Boards and scientific meetings. + **Inquiries** : Address unsolicited medical questions. + **Participation** : Attend relevant congresses and symposia. **Strategy** + **Medical Affairs Plan** : Develop and execute local Medical Affairs and communication strategies. + **Publications** : Manage publication and conference planning. + **Evidence Generation** : Develop local evidence generation plans. + **Partnerships** : Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Public Affairs teams. + **Support** : Assist with pricing, reimbursement applications, and market access alignment. + **Brand Plan** : Contribute to the local brand plan and medical budget. **Review/Approvals** + **Project Evaluation** : Evaluate medical and unsolicited investigator-initiated projects. + **Marketing Materials** : Review and approve marketing materials. + **Clinical Data** : Review clinical data and scientific documents. + **Events** : Approve events and engagements from marketing. **_About you_** + **Experience** : + Pharmaceutical industry experience + Experience in communication with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians /specialists and KOLs as well as other healthcare sector professionals. + Experience in interpretation and dissemination of scientific and clinical data + A successful track record of developing relationships with patient organizations and other key stakeholders is highly valued. + **Soft and Technical skills** : + Excellent communicator and presenter + Team player and independent worker + Strategic, target-oriented, and results-driven + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills + Efficient in managing resources and workload + Quick, balanced decision-maker + Professional in international environments + Adheres to corporate standards and code of conduct + Confident and mature demeanor + **Education** : Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD) + **Languages** : Fluent Polish and excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written) \#LI-EUR **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
