Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. **Main responsibilities:** + Drive key pre-launch medical activities to ensure a successful local launch in collaboration with Commercial, Public Affairs and Market Access. + Identify local evidence gaps and drive the execution of local evidence generation plans. + Lead the development of patient pathways/journeys and support solutions to improve patient experience and outcomes. + Support the design of screening and monitoring strategies leveraging partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem. + Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute a broad stakeholder engagement strategy. + Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the Healthcare landscape and drive scientific community consensus. + Execute state-of-the-art, multi-factorial stakeholder engagement leveraging Omnichannel approaches. + Stay up-to-date on developments in the T1D therapy area and provide current disease and product knowledge to internal and external customers. _About you_ + **Experience** : Pharmaceutical industry experience, particularly in medical affairs. Experience in communication with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians/specialists, and KOLs especially in the area of diabetology will be considered a plus. Knowledge of screening activities and interpretation of scientific data. + **Soft and Technical skills** : Excellent communicator and presenter. Strategic, target-oriented, and results-driven. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Efficient in managing resources and workload.
