Job Title: Production Equipment Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Equipment Operator to set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs on complex production equipment. This role involves operating equipment post-setup or monitoring several machines for necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

ResponsibilitiesPerform tasks such as checking measurements, performing die adjustments, screening, and conducting visual inspections.Clean equipment and work area, make labels, bag and tag rolls, and palletize products.Utilize batch trace, wrap and move finished products, monitor processes, and complete changeovers.Update batch boards, discard scrap, operate forklifts, and create, maintain, and verify documentation.Cover other operators to facilitate breaks.Perform all other assigned duties.Essential SkillsBasic computer skills and basic math skills.Ability to read and understand job instructions.Basic knowledge of tools and ability to write legibly.Understanding and adherence to safety rules.Willingness to work overtime on weekends and cover shifts as needed.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment.Position requires standing and walking for extended periods.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
