**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician-$18.75**
**Job Description**
Engage in daily production and packaging activities in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all related standard operating procedures (SOPs). Strive to achieve assigned production goals and manage unexpected workload peaks to ensure timely product release and avoid back orders. Collaborate with team leaders to detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications, and provide corrective action for technical problems related to raw materials and finished products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.
+ Identify line issues and other production problems; promptly notify team leaders or supervisors of required corrective actions.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and related SOPs.
+ Utilize computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) inventory system to report lot-controlled ingredients on batch records.
**Essential Skills**
+ Comprehensive understanding of cleanroom operations, production processes, and GDP/SOP significance in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in machine operation, quality assurance, packaging, inspection, and computer operation.
+ Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least two years of previous assembly/packaging experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
+ Familiarity with coagulation-based manufacturing processes, GDP, GMP, GLP, FDA, and ISO standards.
+ Knowledge of qualification and validation trials is a plus.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and large Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems preferred.

**Work Environment**
Openings are available on the second shift for Technical Operator 1, from 1:30 pm to 10 pm, with a 10% shift differential. The work environment includes some noise, and ear protection is provided. The dress code requires pants (no leggings), minimal jewelry, and protective gear for glasses. Flexibility for overtime, including Saturdays, may be required. Reliability is crucial to avoid bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
