Job Description: We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented assemblers to join our clean room team. You will be working on two primary assembly lines:
Clip Line:Utilize microscopes, tweezers, UV lights, and hot boxes.Assemble grippers and suture lines.Perform mechanical actions on small parts under microscopes.Tasks include tying off cables, bonding hooks and markers.Delivery Line:Focus on mechanical assembly.Operate various tools and equipment for precise assembly tasks.Technical Details:
Clip (CDS) Line:Assemble two main components: grippers and suture lines.Use hot boxes and tippers for mechanical actions.Perform tasks under microscopes, including tying off cables and bonding hooks.Subassembly Line of SGC:Hot Box: Fuse shafts with distals using pebax material and place marker bands.Braiding Machine: Load automated machine.Heat Shrink Tubing: Apply pebax material around metal braids.Prep for Skiving: Clean pebax debris within catheters using tweezers.Skiving: Create holes for cables.Glue Hupertubes: Apply glue to the exterior.Cable Insertion: Insert cables through SGC soft tip and prepare for hydrophilic cover.Final Assembly of SGC:Use force gauges, electric screwdrivers, and screws.Perform final inspections and read values.Fuse tips under microscopes using hot boxes.Crimp cables to ensure secure connections.Misc Assembly Line:Work on 9-10 standalone stations with larger components.Use adhesives, hot boxes, and mechanical hand tools.Sleeve Line:Operate automated and multi-tasking equipment.Boxing Group:Package approximately 120 units per shift.Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.13/hr.
