Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.Answer questions about products and services.Process orders, returns, and exchanges.Provide support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth customer experience.Communicate effectively with various health care insurance providers.Medical Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of one year administrative, receptionist or front desk experience required.Medical terminology or health insurance processing preferred.Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on care and service.Team player who enjoys working in a supportive, positive environment.
