What You’ll Do  Oversee and manage all billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely claim submission, payment posting, and reimbursement follow-upLead, train, and evaluate a 5+ member billing team, setting productivity standards, goals, and performance expectationsEnsure compliance with payer, State, Federal, HIPAA, and coding regulations, partnering closely with Compliance and FinanceManage denials, appeals, audits, and process improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance and reduce ARCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Client Services, and clinical teams to resolve billing and coding issuesAnalyze billing trends, staffing needs, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational growth
What You Bring  Proven leadership experience in medical billing, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a 5+ person teamDeep knowledge of radiology billing, coding, insurance requirements, and reimbursement processesA strategic, detail-oriented mindset with a track record of improving workflows, resolving complex billing issues, and driving efficiencyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesClear, confident communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across clinical, operational, finance, and compliance teams
