Our mission is guided by our Strategic Principles and has three critical components; patient care, education and research that together enhance our contribution to society. **Responsibilities*** + Room patients and perfomr standard patient intake including vitals + Assist with minor clinical office procedures + Performs standard medical laboratory/Point of Care (POC) testing. + Administer medications/immunizations, injections as directed + Respond to general patient inquiries regarding treatment and clinic policies and procedures. + Coordinate patient care with outside health agencies. + May complete general administrative duties as assigned including; Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Disability and Return to Work forms, Electronic Medical Record in-basket messages, etc. + Complete other clinical and non-clinical duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications*** + High school diploma or GED. + Knowledge of basic medical terminology. + Moderate standing/walking, as well as, lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients. **Associate Level:** + 1-3 years of experience **Assistant Level:** + 0-1 years of experience + Some office experience **Desired Qualifications*** + Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or (RMA). + Experience working within a large complex health care setting. + Familiarity with electronic medical records system. **Work Schedule** Full Time hours, 40 hours per week, weekday schedule will vary depending on location/clinic.
