Medical Assistant
The medical assistant will perform quality team-based patient care under the direct supervision of a clinician, handling both clinical and administrative functions to promote health and wellness in a safe and friendly environment. This role supports clinicians and care management teams in assessing, maintaining chronic disease management, examining, and treating the patient population. The medical assistant is responsible for performing all laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks.

High School diploma required.2 years' experience within clinic/back office healthcare setting.MA diploma OR Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) OR 3 years' medical assistant experience.Phlebotomy experience required.Ability to take vitals (manual vitals preferred).Active BLS certification required.Active driver's license required.Flexibility to adjust to changing work environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Plantation, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20000.00 - $25000.00/yr.
