You will work with precision hand tools and microscopes to assemble various components, ensuring high-quality standards in a clean room environment. Responsibilities + Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. + Cross-train at different assembly stations. + Handle and maneuver small components and parts. + Inspect assembled products for quality assurance. + Work efficiently in a full clean room environment. Essential Skills + Minimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or related manufacturing. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent hand dexterity. + Ability to understand and use measurements with rulers and calipers. + Capacity to lift 25 pounds regularly. + Strong organizational skills. + Willingness to work overtime. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous medical assembly experience is preferred. + Experience in other assembly or manufacturing roles with a stable work history. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a medical device company within a full clean room environment. The dress code includes wearing a hair net, gown, and booties. Employees must wash hands before entering the clean room and adhere to specific grooming standards: no nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, or pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
