**Job Title: Medical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assembler to join our team in a cleanroom environment. You will start in the coiling department, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. As a Medical Assembler, you will contribute to the creation of essential medical products, including stents, catheters, and leads. This role involves working with coil winding machines, using microscopes for inspection, and manipulating wires to ensure high-quality outcomes. **Responsibilities** + Begin in the coiling department, handling coil winding machines. + Use microscopes for inspecting and cutting wires. + Sit and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. + Cross-train across various assembly lines after initial training. + Move to the molding area for inspecting and deburring parts. + Perform repetitive tasks using tools such as pliers, filers, and knives. + Participate in CEA assembly areas, working with microscopes and small hand tools. + Operate laser welding machines to finish small medical components. + Work in implantable housings area, managing automated presses and stamping machines. + Inspect and deburr parts using microscopes and hand tools. + Follow written work instructions to assemble medical components. **Essential Skills** + 4-6+ months experience in medical manufacturing or small parts assembly. + Proficiency with microscopes and cleanroom procedures. + Experience in coil winding and laser welding. + Ability to work with small hand tools under and without microscopes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical inclination for working with machines in the housings area. + Good hand dexterity, possibly from sewing or similar activities. + Adaptability and willingness to cross-train in different areas. **Why Work Here?** Our facility offers a welcoming environment with a market on site for food, snacks, and drinks.
