Medical Assembler
Job Title: Medical AssemblerJob Description

Join our Production Operations Team as a Medical Assembler, where you will contribute to the assembly of essential medical equipment used in hospital rooms. This is a 1st shift role, working Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in a collaborative, quality‑driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components for bedside medical monitoring devices.Follow established manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.Document defects, errors, and process deviations accurately.Maintain high levels of quality and efficiency throughout the assembly process.Perform final testing on sub‑assemblies.Work as part of a team and be cross‑trained across six assembly stations.Essential Skills & Experience1+ year of electro‑mechanical or medical operations experience.Proficiency with standard hand tools.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word.Ability to follow documented manufacturing processes and participate in problem‑solving.Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.Effective team communication and collaboration skills.Physical ability to lift and package assemblies up to 45 lbs.Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain productivity.Ability to communicate effectively in English.Preferred QualificationsStrong interest in the medical device industry.Mechanical inclination (e.g., enjoys building or assembling devices).Previous assembly or product testing experience.Ability to support a positive, cooperative work environment across teams.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
