Your day-to-day work includes:

Measuring, cutting, and placing fiber cablesFeeding colored wires through connectors with extreme accuracyApplying epoxy, curing assemblies, polishing, and testing functionalityUsing microscopes and small hand tools to complete delicate tasks

Work inside a newly renovated, fast‑growing facility with a clean room environment (smock provided, no strict dress code).

1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 5:00am–3:00pm2nd Shift: Mon–Thu, 3:15pm–1:15amOT: Fridays as neededJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Elmo, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr.
