**Job Title: Implant Operator**
**Job Description**
As an Assembler/Operator, you will be responsible for working on sub-assemblies of implantable devices. This role involves assembling intricate parts under a microscope for the majority of the day, handling components as small as a pinhead. You will also be responsible for inspecting and testing products and will receive cross-training to operate press machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble implantable device sub-assemblies under a microscope.
+ Inspect and test products for quality assurance.
+ Operate press machines as part of cross-training.
+ Work with small parts using hand tools.
+ Maintain a high level of attention to detail and precision.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of experience in medical assembly with microscope usage.
+ Dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
+ Ability to use a microscope and operate hand tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with medical molding and cleanroom protocols.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
+ Capability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
+ Willingness to cross-train in other areas of production as needed.

**Work Environment**
The work takes place in a very clean medical environment, with assembly areas and some presses located in Class 7 and Class 8 Clean Rooms. The facility is a newer building that includes a nice break room for employees.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.43/hr.
