Job Title: Assembler
Job Description

This position is focused on the packaging area, which is an integral part of the operations team. Instead of assembling units, the primary responsibility is to package completed units according to a specified manufacturing process. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in English for audit purposes, and should be familiar with color identification for labeling. This role is ideal for individuals seeking long-term career opportunities and who have demonstrated longevity in previous positions. No gowning is required.

ResponsibilitiesPackage completed units according to the manufacturing process.Communicate in English for audit purposes.Identify and use colors for labeling purposes.Work collaboratively as part of the operations team.Essential SkillsAbility to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).Familiarity with assembly, small parts, and packaging processes.Manual dexterity and good hand/eye coordination.Experience with hand tools, such as screwdrivers, calibrated torque drivers, and scissors.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Six plus months of relevant training/experience in the assembly of digital/analog circuitry devices or components is preferred.Willingness to learn and take direction.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is within a medical device company located in a new, modern facility. The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT PAUL, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
