**Global Medical Affairs Medical Ambassador** **POSITION OBJECTIVES:** Support the execution of phase III clinical study in DOAC reversal of our client’s investigational product (IP) in close collaboration with their clinical study team and CRO study team Build strategic relationship with the investigators and study coordinators through site visits (whether during site initiation or booster visits), conference calls and emails. Share medical/clinical expertise in the DOAC reversal clinical setting through scientific communication and engagement: + Holistic medical indication management and point of contact for PI + Knowledge of latest clinical advancement in DOAC reversal for surgical setting, patient profiles, patient flow and treatment pattern + Organize educational sessions for PIs and study team + Provide study update + Best practice sharing from other study sites + CI landscape update + Patient profile development and implementation + Knowledge of IP product profile, MOA, clinical data + Communicate scientific narrative of IP and other competitor products + Exploration and identification of potential new PIs and sites + Analyze PI profiles and scientific qualification along with study eligibility criteria + Point of reference in case there is medical question + Escalate any issues/problems that remained unresolved by CRO and that requires immediate attention/escalation to clinical operations team + Attend national and international conferences that are related to the clinical study to meet with the current investigators, get update about the DOAC reversal landscape and meet new promising investigators + Attend sessions and lectures at congress, write up summary of session output and proactively provide data update to PIs and study team members + Organize PI scientific exchange meetings during congresses and develop meeting objectives and content for discussions + KOL mapping exercise + Select PIs for advisory boards, publications, lunch and learn, congress presence (symposia, poster presentations, expert panel exchange) + Attend study meetings that are related to site facing, recruitment and communications with the sites + Attend internal study team meetings and share critical updates with the team + Attend investigators meetings, Site initiation visits booster visits and special meetings that are set with the sites to discuss any issues that could impact the site or recruitment **EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** + Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD or PharmD) + Previous pharmaceutical work experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development/R&D or related functions + In-depth knowledge and experience or training in benign Hematology, bleeding disorders and DOAC reversal landscape + Experience in Medical Affairs function with focus on scientific engagement in the field + Experience in organizing educational sessions in the hospitals and KOL mapping + Excellent communication skills and pro-active engagement with cross-functional stakeholders + Language: English and one local language **TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:** + 75% regional and international travel required + Some activities may call for early or late meetings and attendances at scientific meetings on holidays and weekendsIf this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
