Responsibilities
Medical Aestheticians at Canyon Ranch are responsible for performing advanced skin care treatments, retail recommendations and sales, and educating guests in a lecture setting; all while ensuring the highest quality of service and professionalism at all times. Medical Aestheticians are responsible for upkeep, maintenance and stocking of products during their shift, working in and among coworkers and guests in a fast paced, safe, respectful and professional environment at all times. This position reports to the Manager of Beauty Services.
Duties:
Perform advanced and medical aesthetic skincare treatments following established protocols
Educate guests on skin health, treatments, benefits, and contraindications
Recommend and sell retail skincare products based on individual guest needs
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of treatment rooms
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding scheduling and guest needs
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and guest service standards

Qualifications
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field). (Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required). Must have completed professional aesthetics education by accredited school and complete continued education as required by Cosmetology Board.
Must possess a valid State of Arizona aesthetics license.
Must possess a minimum of 600 hours of accredited aesthetics program.
Laser Certification is required if performing laser services.
