Position Summary
The Media Manager will oversee the execution of multi-channel media campaigns supporting CVS Pharmacy and Health Services initiatives, omni-channel expansion efforts, and CVS retail branding campaigns.  He/she will be responsible for operational excellence on these campaigns.   He/she will be responsible for building relationships with key business peers in order to fully understand their goals and partner to help achieve these goals.  The Media Manager will work directly with agency partners to aid in execution of the communication strategies.  He/she will partner closely with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure measurement plans for campaigns can be executed properly, ensuring that every investment is accountable.  

1.    Proactively manage and participate in the creation and execution of multi-channel media campaigns across CVS Pharmacy with the goal of driving script acquisition, front store sales, or adoption of health services.  
2.    Collaborate with agency partners, peers, and business stakeholders. 
3.    Manage budget trackers, flowcharts, and trafficking documents.

This position will work closely with the Senior Media Manager, business owners, agency partners, media colleagues, and analytics partners. 

The Media Manager must have the ability to manage multi-channel strategies that support multiple business units and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering business results.  In addition to excellent management skills, he/she must posses strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in the organization.  He/she must be able to collaborate within a cross-functional team comprised of diverse skills and backgrounds (media, creative, analytics) and operate within a highly productive unit.

Required Qualifications
5 years + of multi channel media experience with an emphasis on results-oriented programs
1 year of B2C experience required
 

Preferred Qualifications

Retail / Healthcare experience preferred

Agency experience preferred

Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team

Ability to impact and influence others

Strategic Thinker 

Deep subject matter expertise in all media channels with a particular focus on digital and broadcast 
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative spirit and disposition with internal and external constituencies

 Highly detail-oriented
Self-starter, independent worker,  and problem-solver

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
