Media Finance Operations Manager
Overview The L8 Media Finance Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across media strategy, documentation, agency and vendor billing reconciliation, delivery complete validation and vendor management processes. This role will act as the central link between marketing teams, procurement, finance, and external partners (agency and vendors) to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and accurate financial tracking across all media investments. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities: Core Accountabilities Documentation Audit & Completion Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing documentation to identify gaps. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required media and procurement documentation, including contracts, bid waivers, TPDDs, and other audit-relevant files. Collaborate closely with business owners (Media teams, BUs, Sector, Finance, Vendor, GCC MCC Media and HCC R2P Media) to ensure full documentation readiness for internal or external audits. Vendor Setup & Management Oversee the end-to-end process for vendor onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted to HCC R2P for processing. Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and HCC R2P to ensure timely vendor activation. Purchase Order (PO) Management Perform monthly PO and vendor billing reconciliation for accuracy checking across all advertising accounts. Spend Tracking & Financial Budget Monitoring Track and monitor budget availability and PO spend across all brands and campaigns daily. Support financial/budget tracking to ensure full transparency and control of media budgets. Partner with finance and media teams to highlight discrepancies or budget risks proactively. Invoice Resolution Perform delivery complete validations and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely and compliant manner. Support issue resolution for vendor payment, credit line, or reconciliation queries. Partner with HCC R2P and Finance to ensure smooth payment operations and vendor satisfaction. Qualifications Experience: 6-8 years of experience in media operations, finance, or procurement roles within a large multinational organization. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP, MyBuy, Power Apps, and R2P processes. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to track, audit, and manage financial documentation with high attention to detail. Collaboration: Effective cross-functional communication with marketing, finance, procurement, and external agencies. Organization: Strong process orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities across markets. Compliance & Audit Readiness: Familiarity with internal control frameworks and documentation best practices.
