Overview This role in CME media operation team to ensure excellence in media campaign execution by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, managing campaign execution, material requests and timelines, overseeing media performance tracking and programmatic setup, and delivering accurate reports and analyses. He/She supports the media operations manager in driving effective operations, safeguarding campaign quality, and enabling data-driven decision making for successful business outcomes. Responsibilities • Responsible for execution of media operation based on the media campaign brief of media team, co-work with Meida team, CME media activation team and Media agency team on campaign execution excellence. • In charge of material request management for all media type, deliver MR report to production team and manage the projects deliver on time. • In charge of execution of media performance tracking and programmatic buy setup, alert any risks of campaign for related stakeholders. Responsible for weekly tracking performance report and campaign status report. • Responsible for competitor reporting and insights generation. • Responsible for media reports data collection from both offline and automation platform, for such as post campaign review, MMM, Spend analysis, scorecard, AOP, etc. • Responsible for FA proofreading. • Own goals and performance metrics for campaigns and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement • Support media lead to conduct any projects as needed. • Working with ChCC internal teams to deliver success Qualifications • Experienced brand media strategy planning with 2C industry experience such as FMCG, E-commerce, 3C, Auto, 4A media agency etc. • Experienced in media operation process with different stakeholders of advertiser, agency, media, and 3rd party tracing company. • Strong knowledge on PPT visual reporting and Excel data analysis reporting • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and deadline-driven environment • Fluent in written Chinese/English is a must, fluent in English speaking is a plus. • Bachelor's degree above. • 3+ years' experience in media strategy and planning • Excellent project management and organizational alignment kills • Strong attention to detail with logic mind sensitive to data
