What's the role?
Support the in-house media team with the planning, buying, implementation and monitoring of integrated media campaigns across print, digital, TV and radio
Assist with campaign administration including confirmations, pre-times, post-analysis, reporting and ongoing performance tracking
Upload and manage media plans, print confirmations and digital IOs in internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy
Provide financial support including Spectra loading, proformas, invoicing checks and resolving account queries within required timeframes
Coordinate owned marketing activity, including booking print and digital placements, managing fillers and supporting reporting
Liaise with creative teams to manage asset delivery, material instructions, specs and deadlines
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Sales, Creative, Finance) and external partners including media suppliers and agencies
Who are you?
A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
A confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
Well organised, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and follow process
Solutions-focused, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships and manages expectations
Curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in media and marketing
