We are seeking two Media Analysts to join a centralized marketing analytics organization. In this role, you will transform complex marketing and advertising data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategy, influence decision‑making, and support performance optimization across multiple business units.
You’ll work in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, and presentation‑heavy environment, partnering frequently with marketing and media stakeholders. This position blends strong technical analytics skills with client‑facing communication, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data and influencing outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, ideally within a marketing, media, or advertising context.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to independently write complex queries.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Sky/Kenshu, GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with or supporting marketing teams, especially in an agency environment. • Experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) or Marketing Mix Modeling (even introductory exposure).
• Background in analytics at an advertising agency or consultancy.
• Quantitative academic background (Math, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related fields).
• Experience in any major cloud data ecosystem (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).
