**Job Title: Mechatronics & Robotics Technician** **Job Description** As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team. Your primary responsibilities will involve repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. You will also have the chance to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, while mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skills and grow in their roles. **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems. + Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. + Mentor junior technicians to help them develop their skills and progress in their roles. + Perform maintenance supervision and ensure proper functioning of material handling equipment, sorters, and robotics. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and manage risks associated with equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning. + Proficiency in conveyor maintenance, automation, and control systems. + Ability to conduct data analysis and apply project management skills. + Understanding of Six Sigma principles and use of CMMS. + 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. + 2+ years of experience in conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. + 2+ years of experience in repairing MHE, automated conveyor systems, or related equipment. + 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics. + 2+ years of experience in demonstrating safety standards. + 1+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE. + High school diploma or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive compensation packages with comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1, a matching 401(k) program, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave.
