This role is ideal for someone with a passion for industrial maintenance and a knack for troubleshooting complex systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing material handling equipment, ensuring smooth operations across our facility. **Key Responsibilities** + Install, inspect, and maintain material handling systems (e.g., conveyors) + Perform routine preventive maintenance and document procedures + Conduct battery changes and maintenance + Log downtime and complete PM documentation + Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes + Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools + Apply basic electrical knowledge to resolve issues **Skills & Expertise** + Industrial equipment maintenance + Hydraulics and pneumatics + Reading schematics and blueprints + Motor systems and conveyor operations + Diagnostic and repair capabilities **Preferred Qualifications** + Understanding of building operations and I/O functions + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) + Commitment to continuous improvement + Familiarity with MHE safety standards and OEM guidelines + Associate degree or vocational training in Mechanical/Electrical fields + 2+ years of hands-on experience or apprenticeship in relevant fields + Experience with PLC-based control systems and robotic maintenance **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
