**Job Title: Mechanical Technician** **1st shift - $24-$28/HR** **Job Description** The primary function of the Electromechanical Technician is to perform mechanical assembly, installation, commissioning, testing, and wiring of components on a wide variety of equipment designed and built with precise specifications. This role involves building, tapping, drilling in control panels, and wiring each panel onto the piping systems. All work is conducted off of schematics and blueprints. This is not a production line but a job project shop, meaning every week and month will be different. **Responsibilities** + Assemble complex machines by constructing machinery from start to finish using precision tools as required. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand technical drawings and specifications to guide the assembly process. + Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts, sub-assemblies, and systems into complete machines. + Commission, test, and troubleshoot machines to verify functionality, diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure optimal performance. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical, troubleshooting, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and assembly. + Experience in electromechanical work, hand tools, blueprint and schematic interpretation, production, PLC troubleshooting, and machine building. + Skills in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and panel building. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a range of benefits including a free on-site gym, 401(k) with matching, comprehensive dental, vision, and life insurance, an employee assistance program, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid time off, a referral program, and tuition reimbursement.
