Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician who is adept at reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders, experienced with various power tools, and eager to learn new processes.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and work orders efficiently.Utilize various power tools including torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws.Ensure finished products meet quality standards.Read and follow Bills of Materials.Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Experience with power tools such as torque wrenches, grinders, and drills.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes.Familiarity with measuring tools, automotive maintenance, and quality control.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mechanical and electrical assembly.Knowledge of electrical blueprints.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a large, clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled manufacturing facility. We have openings across three shifts: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). A $2 shift differential is offered for the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.
They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.
