Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Design and maintain reliable, safe production systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
+ Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance.
+ Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects.
+ Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem-solving.
+ Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering
+ On the floor experience; working with tanks, pumps, rotoformers
+ Chemical background
+ Open to someone greener (less than 3 years experience)
