Our client is seeking a **Mechanical Project Engineering Supervisor** to lead a team of Designers and Design Engineers supporting large-scale industrial equipment/construction projects. This role is based in Owatonna, MN and offers a hybrid work schedule, balancing in-office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility. This position is ideal for a senior mechanical engineer ready to step into a people and project leadership role while remaining technically involved.
