Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsible for the upkeep, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul of existing electromechanical equipment. You will be required to perform preventative maintenance on a wide variety of production equipment, including processing and packaging equipment. Additionally, you will plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to align with production needs.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational readiness.Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.Adhere to all plant safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of new or relocated production equipment according to layout plans and manufacturer specifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.Experience with motors, fuses, heaters, limit switches, electric motor clutches, and brakes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Annual Bonus Potential for all full time employees\n5 vacation days and PTO/144 hours of Paid Holiday Time (12 days)\n$1000 sign on bonus\nCompany matched 401k and employee value sharing plan
