Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a broad range of mechanical equipment including rolling mills, annealing furnaces, slitters, conveyors, and mechanical components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, and power transmission systems.Perform maintenance on cranes, forklifts, and other mobile equipment.Learn manufacturing equipment/systems and maintenance programs quickly.Troubleshoot issues and determine corrective actions to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality.Follow all safety practices and rules to ensure equipment is operating safely.Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency electrical maintenance on various electrical and electronic systems.Implement process improvements and methods to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.Use standard and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment for assessment and troubleshooting.Maintain accurate records of projects including machine assembly, start-up, and installation.Participate in daily meetings to prioritize and review the daily schedule of work.Operate forklifts, man lifts, cranes, etc.Provide assistance in operating functions and areas.Work in various plant areas, environmental conditions, and perform tasks at heights and in confined spaces.Essential Skills
2 years of industrial maintenance experience.Troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of hydraulics and preventive maintenance.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $59072.00 - $110000.00/yr.
