Salary Range: $95,887 – $123,000
Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30 PM

Plan and coordinate weekly maintenance work across operations, engineering, maintenance, and contractors
Prioritize work orders for planning, scheduling, and execution
Lead weekly scheduling meetings, including shutdown planning
Manage backlog of work notifications and work orders
Develop detailed shutdown schedules using MS Project (Gantt charts)
Serve as primary area scheduler for total mill outages under mill coordination
Maintenance SupervisionSchedule and execute maintenance work to maximize equipment reliability
Maintain and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Step in to support planning and supervision during breakdowns or staffing gaps
Lead safety meetings, crew meetings, and address team-related issues
Promote safe work practices and participate in budgeting and maintenance planning
Complete administrative responsibilities including reporting and payroll
Qualifications & ExperienceStrong knowledge of industrial safety practices and OSHA regulations
Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP preferred; MAPCON, MAXIMO, or similar accepted) & Microsoft Project
Ability to read mechanical drawings, estimate labor/materials, and coordinate trades
Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving efforts and analyze maintenance data
Pulp and paper mill experience strongly preferred
