Job Description
The Mechanical Installer II position requires a technically skilled individual who is mechanically inclined and experienced with installation processes involving machinery and robotics. Candidates will work with hand and power tools to install robotic arms, sub-stations, and internal site fencing, primarily on mezzanine and sub-mezzanine levels.
ResponsibilitiesInstall 20 robotic arms and approximately 40 sub-stations and internal site fencing.Utilize power tools and hand tools for installation and commissioning tasks.Assist project teams by commissioning robotic arms and stations.Handle materials using pallet jacks, strap, and catalog them.Follow detailed instructions and diagrams for commissioning towers.Run wiring for power supply and handle general installation labor.Perform material handling and heavy lifting tasks.Engage in general labor duties including construction, loading, packaging, and cleaning.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience in machinery and robotics installation.Ability to lift 40-50lbs consistently.Capability to work 8 hours a day on hard cement floors.Good attendance and ability to follow directions.Additional Skills & QualificationsOpen to working in various roles from inventory to housekeeping.Pass Avik/Amazon Criteria testing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is situated in Amazon Distribution Centers that are under construction, which can be messy, loud, and sometimes crowded. High visibility requires being presentable and professional. Attire includes PPE such as high visibility vests, glasses, hard hats, gloves, earplugs, and steel-toe shoes/boots. Jeans and t-shirts are acceptable, but avoid loose, baggy clothing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
