  Description: 
The candidate will be responsible for the production of detailed bids and attending pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
This candidate will be expected to interface with both our existing and prospective new clients.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and should be able to discuss and adapt to a wide range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, healthcare and educational.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in estimating projects ranging up to $5 million dollars of process piping, plumbing and hydronic heat.
The candidate should have previous experience with competitive bid, negotiated, conceptual / design build schematic estimates and projects. Proficiency in mathematics, statistics and data analysis Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Report writing and strategic planning skills Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers Ability to read and interpret technical documents Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional time management skills

Requirements Associates Degree Working knowledge of mechanical piping and airside systems as well as other related trades
Experience with Microsoft Office
Must be energetic, pro-active, inquisitive and systems oriented. Must show competency, accuracy, organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both written and oral are needed
Must be a self-starter and team player with a strong sense of urgency
