Internship Requirements:

Students that are expected to graduate in 2027 summer.Able to commit to a 12month part-time internship with 24hrs working hours per week.Internship Start Date: 2026/7/6

Are you a college student passionate about mechanical engineering and eager to gain hands-on experience in designing cutting-edge server products? Join our Mechanical Engineering Team as an Intern in HPE! This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to real projects, and learn the ins and outs of server hardware design in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with mechanical engineers on the design and development of server hardware components.Support prototype building, testing, and data analysis to validate design concepts.Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing your ideas to improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.Conduct research, document your discoveries, prepare reports and present your findings to the team.Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.

Education & Experience

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and familiarity with CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, or mechanical design tools.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interest in high-tech and a passion for learning.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Time management skills and working with strict deadlines.A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
