Mechanical Engineer

You will work on intricate components—including ultrasound arrays, plastic lenses, articulation systems, and micro‑scale PCB technologies—while collaborating closely with technical operations to support critical customer needs. What You’ll DoLead the design and development of medical device repair technologies.Enhance and streamline existing processes to improve manufacturability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Reverse‑engineer OEM equipment and create comprehensive repair methodologies.Work hands‑on with electrical and mechanical components.Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure projects move forward with speed and precision.What You BringStrong foundation in mechanical engineering, including proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D printing.Knowledge of soft and injection molding, and expertise in designing fixtures and jigs.Solid grasp of GD&T, complex machinery, and electromechanical systems.Familiarity with PCB basics and surface‑mount technologies.Fundamental understanding of AC/DC circuits to support electrical troubleshooting.Bonus Skills That Set You ApartDesign for manufacturability (DFM) with an eye for quality, robustness, and cost optimization.Experience with process improvement, time studies, or LEAN manufacturing.Exposure to supply chain interactions, including supplier coordination and capability sourcing.A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast‑moving, high‑engineering environment.Why You’ll Love Working HereThis is not a desk‑bound engineering role.
