**Job Summary:**
This is an entry-level engineering position that primarily supports the development, upgrade, and maintenance of airside HVAC products. Responsibilities include basic 3D modeling, 2D drafting, engineering data recording and organization, as well as assisting with routine design tasks. This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to build a solid foundation in mechanical design and product development.
**Responsibilities:**
· Participate in new product development and product iteration projects, including concept design, technical selection, and creation of detailed 2D drawings and BOMs.
· Assist in building or updating 3D product models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation using Creo or similar tools.
· Support prototype development, technical verification, and testing activities for components, assemblies, and subsystems.
· Improve design solutions based on prototype and testing feedback.
· Support routine engineering change activities for existing production lines.
· Maintain engineering databases, design records, and product documentation.
· Contribute to continuous improvement in cost, reliability, and energy efficiency of existing products.
· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain strong awareness of quality, safety, and reliability standards.
**Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related major.
· **Graduate in 2026** .
· Solid foundation in mechanical design, mechanical drawing, and manufacturing basics.
· CET‑4 or above.
· Familiarity with 3D CAD software; **Creo preferred** .
· Beneficial but optional:
o Good performance in mechanical-structure-related courses such as Machine Design, Theory of Machines, or Structural Design.
o Participation in engineering competitions, design projects, robotics teams, CAD contests, or research programs.
o Experience in tolerance analysis or basic mechanics analysis.
o Hands-on mechanical design experience through academic or extracurricular projects.
o Programming experience (VBA / Python / C++ / C) is a plus.).
