The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility and building HVAC design, with a focus on heating and cooling load calculations. Additionally, the candidate should possess six years of experience using Revit and have the ability to interact with clients to discuss HVAC design and project management.

Although the main office is located in Minneapolis, there are additional offices in Chicago, DC, and Dallas. You will be joining a burgeoning team in DC, alongside a Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience. The work involves a diverse range of projects, with 60% focusing on multifamily developments and 40% on institutional, cultural, government, and corporate interiors. The company promotes a multidisciplinary approach, offering architecture, interior design, landscape, and engineering services in-house. They provide consulting services for full life cycle planning and procurement of design and maintenance, offering exposure to various electrical projects.
