**Description** **Tradesmen International** is currently hiring skilled **Mechanical / Electrical Helpers** for projects located in and around **York, PA.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $31/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Mechanical / Electrical Helper eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career! **Job Scope:** + Assist with the Installation of Large Industrial Fans **Mechanical Support:** • Assist in unpacking and staging of fan components and hardware.• Help with the lifting, alignment, and mounting of the fan hub, motor, and blades.• Use hand tools, lifts, and rigging equipment as needed to support the mechanical installation.• Secure mounting brackets and support structures as directed. **Electrical Support:** • Assist in routing conduit and pulling electrical wire from the power source to the fan motor/control panel.• Help with terminating conductors into the fan control system, junction boxes, and motor per wiring diagrams.• Follow NEC codes and manufacturer installation manuals for all electrical tasks.• Support testing and commissioning, including helping verify voltage, amperage, and controller function. **Requirements:** + Basic mechanical and electrical skills + Ability to work as part of a team + Comfortable with physical work and heights as needed + Appropriate PPE **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
