Job Title: Mechanical/Electrical Assembler | 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) OT 5-10 hours | $19-$24

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical-Electrical Assembler for the 1st shift (7 am-3:30 pm) with the opportunity for overtime ranging from 5-10 hours per week. This role involves assembling metal-cabinet equipment and other power distribution equipment by installing glass, handles, filters, and more. The position is based in Louisville, OH.

Responsibilities

Assemble metal-cabinet and power distribution equipment.Install components, units, and subassemblies following job specifications.Utilize hand, measurement, and power tools such as tape measures, impact drills, wrenches, ratchets, and screwdrivers.Read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine materials and assembly requirements.Install components by reading and interpreting material lists and cabinet layouts.Assist in preparing products for shipping and participate in the shipping process.

Essential Skills

Mechanical assembly experience with electrical manufacturer knowledge.Proficiency in blueprint reading.Experience with hand, measurement, and power tools.Industrial manufacturing and assembly experience of 2+ years.Experience with electrical equipment and control wiring.Strong mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with wiring and schematics is a plus.Forklift experience is an advantage.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
