We are seeking a talented Mechanical Designer/Drafter with a strong background in HVAC and plumbing design. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility/building HVAC design and heating and cooling systems.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and draft HVAC and plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects.Utilize Revit for designing and drafting mechanical systems.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.Manage project timelines and deliverables.Essential Skills3 years of experience with Revit.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.Proficiency in HVAC and plumbing design.Project management skills.Additional Skills & Qualificationsbackground in mechanical design.Experience in multi-family or housing projects.Work EnvironmentThe candidate will be based in the Washington DC office, which houses 60 staff members. The work environment is dynamic, with 60% of projects focused on multifamily developments and the remaining 40% on institutional, cultural, government, and corporate interiors. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
