ResponsibilitiesUtilize Catia software for surfacing, product assembly, and DMU operations.Engage with Smarteam/PLM systems for effective product lifecycle management.Create and refine technical drafts and drawings.Collaborate with applications engineers and sales teams to meet project requirements.Interface with customers to ensure design specifications are met.Essential SkillsProficiency in Catia (surfacing, product assembly, and DMU's).Experience with Smarteam/PLM systems.Strong drafting skills.Bachelor's Degree preferred.3-5 years of overall experience in the field.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of aerospace industry is a plus.Strong soft skills for customer interaction.Work EnvironmentThis role is based onsite within the manufacturing environment of the 3M ear protection division, primarily involving foam materials. Candidates may transition to a hybrid work model with 1-2 days of remote work after a few months, depending on performance and company needs. Working alongside applications engineers, sales teams, and other professionals, this position offers an opportunity to develop project management and time management skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $10.00 - $20.00/hr.
