Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a dynamic industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in mechanical assembly, with expertise in working with hand and power tools. This role involves tearing down old valves, inventorying salvageable parts, and assembling and testing new valves using a variety of components.
ResponsibilitiesTear down old valves and inventory salvageable parts.Assemble brand new valves using nuts, bolts, pipes, pipe fittings, gaskets, and seals.Test assembled valves to ensure functionality and quality.Essential Skills2+ years of industrial mechanic experience.2+ years of assembly experience.2+ years of experience with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical assembly knowledge.Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial manufacturing environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The environment may be dirty at times. The shift runs Monday to Thursday from 5 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
