We’re seeking a Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to lead our dynamic assembly department. This role is essential in ensuring production goals are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and team performance.
**🔍Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and support a team of 20–30 mechanical assembly and rework personnel.
+ Oversee daily operations, including through-hole assembly, rework, and product modifications.
+ Ensure production schedules are met with efficiency and precision.
+ Train, coach, and mentor team members to meet performance and quality standards.
+ Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and climate-controlled work environment.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and logistics teams.
+ Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards and address quality issues proactively.
**🛠What You’ll Need**
+ Experience supervising in a contract manufacturing (CM) or similar environment.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to walk the shop floor and lift up to 20 lbs.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
