**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, contributing to the production of components used in medical, agricultural, and government equipment. With opportunities available across three different assembly departments, you will work on first or second shifts in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities + Perform assembly tasks using blueprints and work instructions. + Utilize hand and power tools, including calipers and micrometers. + Ensure precision in assembly processes, particularly with brakes and clutches. + Perform soldering tasks and epoxy machine operations as required. + Maintain high attention to detail in a low-volume, high-product mix environment. + Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing gloves to prevent contamination. Essential Skills + 1 year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience. + 6+ months of experience with measuring tools. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Mechanical inclination and ability to work independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in medical assembly or hobby auto mechanics is a plus. + Capability to progress to electronic or gearmotor assembly roles. + Ability to stay on task and manage multiple product assemblies daily.
