⭐ What You’ll DoOperate mechanical equipment such as cut‑off saws, welders, hydraulic presses, and balancersUse hand tools to assemble driveshafts and ensure all parts are fitted and secured correctlyMeasure components using tape measures and calipers for accurate assemblyRead and follow work orders, instructions, and dimensional informationPerform testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality standards are metUse computers, tablets, and scanners to track production tasksMaintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE and safety guidelinesSupport team goals and assist with additional tasks as needed⭐ What We’re Looking ForExperience with mechanical assembly, hand tools, or pneumatic toolsAbility to read work orders and follow instructionsBasic mechanical skills and comfort working with machineryBasic computer skills (tablets, scanning systems, internet)Strong communication, organization, and math skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
