What You’ll DoAssemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, torque tools, tape measures, etc.)Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate, high‑quality buildsPrepare panels for painting, including applying insulation and hanging partsPackage completed assemblies and prepare orders for shipmentCross‑train in multiple departments—grow your skills and stay challengedWhat You BringAt least 6 months of mechanical assembly experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable reading blueprints and using a tape measureMechanically inclined and confident with power toolsHigh school diploma or equivalentWhy You’ll Love Working Here

Work Environment

You’ll work in a metal manufacturing environment—similar to an auto body shop. Expect a hands‑on, active role where you’ll get a little dirty and stay busy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
