Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Assembler in the Panel Department. You will work in a clean shop environment, engaging in a variety of assembly processes, and learning from start to finish. This role demands a mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure for performing basic tasks. Depending on your experience or education, you will be placed in a department that best suits your skills.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble components into cabinets according to drawings or pictures.Connect wires in panels using point-to-point wiring, following directions and installing wire harnesses.Retrofit control panels to customer specifications, using hand tools and small equipment.Install wire channels and additional hardware in cabinets, ensuring proper placement and secure fastening.Add buss bars to control panels using a forklift or other machinery for heavier materials.Apply stickers, labels, and safety signs to control panel doors.Participate in the mechanical assembly of systems and subsystems, including pipe fitting for heating and cooling systems.Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes as required.Essential SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude.Ability to perform repetitive labor duties and stand for the entire shift.Aptitude to train and willingness to learn on the job.Desire to advance in the role and take initiative.Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting fractions.Proficiency with power tools, saws, hand tools, and screw guns.Additional Skills & QualificationsBrazing and soldering skills are a plus but can be taught.Some shop and/or manufacturing experience preferred.Strong mechanical ability with experience in heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.Candidates with HVAC, plumbing, or pipefitting experience are ideal.Why Work Here?We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, holiday pay, health and vision benefits, and dental coverage. Work EnvironmentWork hours are from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. With roughly 200 employees in the manufacturing department, this structured organization reaches globally, providing localized manufacturing, engineering, service, and support. The dress code requires work boots and work attire, with work shirts provided after a few weeks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
