Seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Nashville, TN

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling and building equipment in the shop. You will also be responsible for performing final quality checks on the equipment before it is sent to customers.

Responsibilities

Assemble and build equipment in the shop.Perform final quality checks on equipment prior to shipment.Read and interpret blueprints.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in reading blueprints.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in repair and maintenance programs.Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.Experience as a maintenance technician.

Work Environment

The shop operates on a first shift schedule with four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. The work takes place in a clean, temperature-controlled environment in Nashville. While travel may be required to recycling sites, where conditions may vary, the primary work environment is well-maintained.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
