Our client is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of passenger doors for mass transit vehicles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.14
Shift: 6am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Conduct pre-build inspections of components, noting any damage before starting the build. Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools to assemble door components according to approved work instructions and drawings. Clean and prepare door surfaces during various build stages using approved methods. Monitor and manage the shelf life of consumables used in the build process. Report any part or equipment defects to the supervisor and support team members as needed.What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required. 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical drawings and instructions. Ability to use mechanical inspection tools and equipment. Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.What's in it for me?
